Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll resolve it promptly.

Non-returnable items: Sale items and personalised products cannot be returned.
